The hostel had a great concept with each room having a unique theme like photography, cinema, and flamenco. The decoration was really cool and made the place stand out. The living room was also awesome, providing a great space to relax and socialize. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrived. Additionally, the location was perfect, just steps away from major attractions like the Alcazar and the Cathedral. It was a great advantage to be able to easily explore the city without having to travel far.
The bathrooms and lockers in the rooms were a bit small, but it didn't affect the overall stay too much. One downside was that the cleaning staff entered the room while I was still sleeping, which could have been avoided by waiting until all guests had checked out.

My friend and I had a fantastic stay at The Galleria Hostel Art. Despite my friend being sick, Celia and Marilo went above and beyond to take care of them. The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the Real Alcazar entrance. The hostel had great wifi, clean rooms, and each bed had its own socket and lamp. The colourful decor was quirky and fun, and there was even Netflix in the lounge room. It was easy to meet other travelers without it being a rowdy party hostel. I highly recommend this place for its hospitality, comfort, and convenient location.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Free map and recommendations on places to go and eat were helpful. Good location with important monuments within walking distance. The decor and posters throughout the hostel were cool and added to the artistic vibe.
There was a strange toilet smell in the room that required opening the window each time. The inconsistent opening time of the kitchen for coffee was confusing.

The hostel is located very close to all the major attractions, making it convenient for exploring the city. the Alcazar is just a 3-minute walk away, and there are plenty of other attractions nearby. the bed in the room was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. the staff, though their English skills were lacking for some, were friendly and helpful. the towel service offered was convenient, and the hostel had a good location overall.
The hostel's policy of opening at 8:30 am, even for leaving bags, can be inconvenient for early arrivals.

The kitchen was spacious and always had coffee available, which was a nice touch. The air conditioning in the room worked really well and kept the temperature comfortable. The location of the hostel was great, it was conveniently located near the main attractions in the city.
That the laundry service was not the best. I paid for the service, but the clothes didn't smell great afterwards and some of them even shrank.

Great location next to the main attractions and with a beautiful view from the rooftop terrace. The hostel had a kitsch and fun decoration that made the atmosphere really cozy. The staff was helpful and friendly, providing me with information and recommendations. I really liked that I could leave my luggage early in the morning before check-in.
There were a few things that could be improved. The showers lacked ventilation, which made them quite stuffy.

The hostel had a very artistic and cool vibe, with unique decorations and a great atmosphere. The location was fantastic, situated right in the heart of the city, just a few minutes walk from major attractions. We were able to easily explore and experience all that the city had to offer. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information and tips during our stay. The hostel also had a beautiful terrace where we could relax and enjoy a stunning view of the city.
The noise level in our room, as it was located on the ground floor next to a busy street. The traffic, horse and carts, and bin runs made it quite noisy throughout the night.
